Testing of persons who need a certificate of testing for SARS-CoV-2

The Department of Clinical Microbiology of the Public Health Institute of Šibenik-knin County has been conducting testing of persons who need a certificate of testing for SARS-CoV-2  since June, 12^th 2020.

Testing is performed by molecular diagnostics by RT-PCR method from the nasopharyngeal swab.

Samples for rapid antigen BAT tests are collected from nasopharyngeal swab.

Sampling is performed in an appointed place, in front of the prefabricated building set up on a parking area between OHBP of General Hospital of Šibenik-Knin County and Public Health Institute of Šibenik-knin County, Matije Gupca 74 in Šibenik, during working days from Monday to Friday, according to a previously scheduled appointment.

Upon completion of the sampling, the test result is sent to the e-mail of the person who was tested. The RT-PCR test result is available within 24 hours of swab collection (usually the same day). If the result does not arrive within that time, you MUST send an inquiry to the e-mail narudzba.covid@zzjz-sibenik.hr

It is necessary to fill the attached order form and send it to e-mail narudzba.covid@zzjz-sibenik.hr. The exact date of arrival for sampling for testing is assigned by the staff of the Office in charge of ordering, and no later than 15:00 the day before the day of sampling.

Before sampling for PCR test, it is necessary to pay 86,27€ to IBAN: HR8323600001101469087 (Zagrebačka banka),  BIC/SWIFT CODE: ZABAHR2X. Reference number is HR00 and OIB of the person (for foreign citizen the passport number of the person who is going for testing), and in the description of payment “Test Covid-19” and the name of the person coming for testing.

Provide proof of payment when sampling or send it to the application e-mail.

Before sampling for rapid antigen test BAT, it is necessary to pay 22,56€ to IBAN: HR8323600001101469087 (Zagrebačka banka), BIC/SWIFT CODE: ZABAHR2X. Reference number is HR00 and OIB of the person (for foreign citizen the passport number of the person who is going for testing), and in the description of payment “Test Covid-19” and the name of the person coming for testing.

Provide proof of payment when sampling or send it to the application e-mail.
